Hot Springs, Ark.--Mme. Marjorie De Aguirre, the former Marjorie Ann Skinner of New York, Paris and New Orleans - her dad was the late I.M. Skinner, international banker - has established residence here with a view to divorcing Luis Marcelene De Aguirre, her Spanish Grandee husband. Her romance with De Aguirre was short-lived. She married him last year in Montevideo, after his divorce from Virginia Willys, daughter of the motor magnate. She chose Hot Springs for her legal action to take advantage of the new Arkansas 90-day divorce law, and as quickly as it is consummated she will confer with and formulate her plans for her marriage to Prince Paolo Borghese of Italy.
