This week I\'m offering a number of old non-sport cards from various vintage sets.In the 1930\'s, numerous companies produced sets of inexpensively produced movie star cards. One of these was a set of 26 5x7 movie star photos produced in 1933 by the makers of Lux Soap. Someone buying a box of Lux laundry soap could choose one movie star photo out of an open box at the retailers. The cards are nice black and white portraits of current stars. The backs are blank. Lux issued a second set the following year; that second set was made up of oversized 9x11 photos. These sets remain popular with non-sport collectors and fans of old time movies..This card features actress Helen Hayes. It\'s in very nice shape (see scans for condition), not too bad for a card that\'s ninety years old. This would be a terrific addition to any collection!Shipping is $4.00 for First Class Mail, and postage will be combined for multiple winnings.
