Gustav Emil Ern is a small German cutlery company founded in 1903 in Solingen Germany.
This is the professional high end quality Chef\'s knife produced from the famous city of blade Solingen, Germany. Solingen is renowned for manufacturing of fine swords, knives, scissors, and razors.
It has a blade fully forged from the fine carbon steeldesigned to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing sharp cutting satisfaction. The handle is triple riveted over the full tang tosure fitting for durability, strength, & balance.
