Vintage Arch Amerith Laurelton 10 Pc. Vanity Set / Dresser Set
Set is amber laminated green pearlescent Celluloid
Set includes with approx. measurements:
1) Mirror - 11 1/2\" by 5\" at the widest point, mirror is in good shape for its age
1) Brush - 8\" by 2 1/2\" at the widest point & 1 1/4\" high with the bristles
1) Comb - 7\" by 1 5/8\"
1) Shoe horn - 4 3/4\" long & 1 5/8\" at the widest point
1) Nail Buffer with Lid - base is 5 1/2\" by 1 1/8\" & 3/4\" high, buffer itself 5 7/8\" long, has a 2 1/4\" handle & fits down into the base, the buffer looks in good shape, not sure if it\'s the original or has been replaced
1) Pill Box with Lid - 2 1/2\" in diameter & 3/4\" high together
1) Button Hook - 6\" long
2) Nail files - one 7 1/4\" long & the other one is 6\" long
1) Cuticle - 6\" long
Arch Amerith was the tradename used by the Celluloid Corporation to describe their very best line of pyroxylin plastic toiletware. The trademark was first introduced in 1925 because the Company trade name \"Celluloid\" had become generically used. Arch Amerith used an archway as their trademark.
