Thirty yards of ribbon were wound around Miss Burke. Ever so often the ribbon would be reversed and tied. After that the ribbon is cut apart in front to make the coat. The winding process gives the coat a trim tiered appearance. Photo measures 6 x 8 inches. Photo Is dated 1927. PHOTO FRONT
