The new Beethoven Symphony Orchestra Club held its first reception at the Louis Chalif Studios, 163 West 57th Street, last night, many notables of the operatic and musical world being present.Photo shows left to right, Giovanni Martinelli, noted opera singer, of the Metropolitan Opera Company, Mme. Tamaki Miura, Japanese soprano and Georges Zaslawsky, conductor of the new orchestra.
Tamaki Miura, was a Japanese opera singer who performed as Cio-Cio-San in Puccini\'s Madama Butterfly.
