The hall is named for Senator W.J. Sutton and was financed without cost to the state. It contains a pipe organ costing $15,000, which was paid for by the students and alumni and which will be dedicated a week later. Charles E. Houser, new head of the school's music department, will give a public recital on the organ September 28 and other musicians are planning special concerts. Eastern Washington State College.
