This is a vintage sale catalogue for the sale of Underley Hall JACOBEAN FURNITURE and other items from the house... in Kirkby Lonsdale dated 1920. saleeers are named as R. Harper & Son, Kirkby Lonsdale. Printed by Jackson & Son, Sedbergh.It has 12pages which include printed photos of some of the lots. The name D.G. Hopewell has been inked on the front cover.It is in collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear. The outer cover has some damage, especially on the edges and corners.A few pages inside have tears and creases. There is some foxing and discolouration throughout the pages.The front page only is creased down the middle.Please see pictures for more details.
It measures approx. 9 and 3/4 inches x 7 and 1/4 inches.
Rare to find these now as not many were printed. They are good for local historians and researchers of the areas as well as anyone that happens to live in one of the properties within the old poster.
