1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition Commemorative Award Medal To Charles Mitchell. Measures approx 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Not sure who Charles Mitchell was. Could be this guy? But not sure. Charles Edwin Mitchell (October 6, 1877 – December 14, 1955) was an American banker whose incautious securities policies facilitated the speculation which led to the Crash of 1929. First National City Bank\'s (now Citibank) abuses under his leadership brought an end to ownership of investment affiliates by commercial banks.
