Here is an old postcard from Jackson, Michigan, featuring 6 small real photos of popular sites around the city. There is a photo of Main Street by Electric Lights; the Public Library, Clark\'s Yacht Club, and 3 photos of the State Prison: one of dining room at the prison, and two outside shots of the prison. In the middle it reads Greetings from Jackson, Mich. On the back the postcard was addressed to Chas. J. Gardella of 172 Worth St., New York City, N. Y. c/o A. Figalla, Druggist. The card is postmarked May 4,1912 at 4:30 PM in Jackson. The note written is from Andy, he is sending a note to Joe telling him that he is \"out at Jackson to-day. Went through the State Prison here. Some place, - 800 men. Best prison in Michigan and one of best in Country - in methods of treating men - Andy. Don\'t know Andy\'s last name, or why he was touring the prison.The postcard does show some wear, there are rough spots on the edges and corners, and some bent corners with peeling and creases. There is a postmark on the front and back of the card. There is some discoloration. Still a pretty neat postcard. Postage will be 4.36 to the U. S.IF OUTSIDE THE U.
