1911 postcard Residential Street Portland Oregon Northern Pacific RR adv rj For Sale

Color divided back postcard "Residence Street in Portland Ore." This was advertising for the Northern Pacific railroad
Postmark date: Feb. 5, 1911
Has wear on the edges & corners with "bumps" & creases with the largest on the lower right corner on the picture side. Also has chipping on the upper left corner on the picture side. Some creasing on the lower edge. Postal cancellation has left an imprint on the front.
Has fading/yellowing.
Being sold "as is" with NO RETURNS for any reason! NO REFUNDS!
