Up for sale is a rare piece of fraternal organization paper---a one-page program for the August 19,1909 Second Field Day for the United Order of Pilgrim Fathers, being held in conjunction with the Order\'s annual meeting at Uncanoonucs Mountain in New Hampshire.
This flyer details the day\'s agenda that includes lots of sports and contests such as the Three Legged Race, Putting the Shot, Sack Race, Potatoe Race and more. There are two Fifty Yard Races, one for Ladies and one for Gents. Contests were open to members of the order only! The Order held its annual meeting in the afternoon, with election of officers.
Lastly, there are detailed directions to get to Uncanoonucs Mountain \"by Trains or Electics.\" Accommodations at the Uncanoonucs Hotel for dinner cost 75 cents.
This flyer measures about 6 x 9 1/4\".Good but not great condition. Lots of wrinkles, a few tiny edge tears, a pinhole or two, but totally readable.
