Official Scales / Weights - 5KG.
To weight money/ gold/ silver / coins.
Brass plates
Made on 1895, in Sankt Petersburg.
Has lots of stamps, like Tzar after that Latvia, Riga (Bruskin, Blumenfeldt, Riga)
and then Waffen Eagle nazi sign (They have to be used in need of Wehrmacht or Cancelary during Nazi occupation of Latvia)+ 2 weights (1kg and 400grams)
