Smoking was one of the most popular activities of the late 1800s and this set emphasis that activity. The iconic representation of the Allen & Ginter brand is also represented in this set. The backs feature a detailed set checklist. These are extremely hard to find in nice condition.These cards just do not come up for sale very often. Beautiful lithography and artwork on these magnificent cards. THESE CARDS ARE 132 YEARS OLD and absolutely original.
