1875 In Memory of My Service German Military Cavalry Soldier Franco Prussian War. Measures 16 1/2 X 21 1/2\" and is dated 1875. Basically a commemorative partially hand painted print/ certificate for military service. Soldier\'s name was Ferdinand Hafner and he served in 24th Regiment, I believe it says Light Dragoons at the bottom. Most of the certificate is printed, but the soldier and his saddle/ swords are all hand painted on it. His head is an actual cut out photo of him pasted on it. Has a separated corner as seen. Some bits of edge wear as seen, and some age discoloration from spending a long long time in an old frame with a wooden backing. It is fragile and will probably break if you try to bend it.
