This vintage folding center lock blade knife by Joseph Rodgers & Sons is a rare historical piece that is sure to impress collectors. Proudly carried during the India Calcutta 1943 great famine where over 3 million starved from Hitlers bombing and scribed into its handle as shown. The knife\'s unique design make it a must-have for any knife enthusiast, especially historian\'s. The knife is in great shape and is sure to be a valuable addition to any collection. Marked with 2 crosses and a No 6 Sheffield. Very nice shape . 9 inches total, 4 inch blade with minimal blade wiggle. Very early style folding knife very light weight.
