Exceptional collection. Great illustrated cartoons and political satire articles from over 80 years ago. Book is like new. Spine is extremly tight. Book is in very fine to near mint condition. Museum quality. You have 17 complete issues. Each is thirty-five pages. High quality art. Artist like Marie Compston \"Mollie\" Horseman (1911–1974), was an Australian comic book artist, book illustrator and fashion artist. Horseman is most notable for her work on the 1950s comic strips, \"Pam\" and \"The Clothes Horse\". In 1929 Horseman became the first female cartoonists to be permanent employees at Smith\'s Weekly. Mick Paul, Even though having one good eye and one artificial eye became a very accompished Australian artist. In 1924 Mick Paul was a foundation member of the Society of Australian Black and White Artists along with 24 other male cartoonists mainly from Sydney. Dick Alderton who created \"Nursie\" and \"Judy\" strips for Sydney\'s Mirror newspapers. Also Pat O\'Conner, George Little, Brodie Mack and many more. This is a scarce book to find. Many years of reading enjoyment and laughter. A great conversation piece.
