NO Manufacturer Box ~ Tenth In Series

Lunt Silversmiths issued a round sterling ornament in 1978 that is a disk with an open scroll sterling silver frame. Each medallion has a color-enameled secular symbol of Christmas on the front, with the back being solid engraved silver. Poinsettia is the Tenth in this long running series. The vermillion red flower is centered on a white background with inlaid silver defining the petals and yellow stamen. Back of the medallion is engraved 1987 Merry Christmas Sterling Frame By Lunt. The early editions in this collection each year become increasingly hard to find, especially in original packaging. The series officially ended in 1990. The ornament will measure 2 1/4 inches in diameter. In nice condition, but the back may exhibit light scratches consistent with use and polishing. This comes ready to use without original box, pouch, or romance card. Rare, hard to find tenth edition ornament / medallion / pendant.
