ORIGINAL SET OF 12 MORAVIAN HISTORICAL PLATES BETHLEHEM, PENN LAMBERTON SCAMMELL MADE IN AMERICA RED TRANSFERWARE DINNER PLATES

This is really a wonderful set. I have searched through and the internet and have not been able to find another set like this. There are a lot of single plates out there but none being sold as a complete set like this. I do believe the 12 plates in this group are all that available in this set. Included in this set is Moravian Sisters House erected 1744, 1st water works in the US built in 1754, Schnitz House built 1749, Germein House first place of worship built 1742, View of Bethlehem in North America 1746, Widow\'s House 1767, Old Moravian Chapel Second Place of Worship, Moravian Church, Bethlehem, Young Ladies Seminary, 1st Girls Boarding School in the US 1746, and Interior of Moravian Church. The plates measure 10 3/4 inches and are in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or even fleabites on any of the plates. They have never been eaten on so no knife marks. Original gold trim around the outside edge is still nearly complete and very bright. Really just a beautiful original set. About as good as you are going to find as a complete set. Dont miss this chance.
