This was part of a private art collection in Crescent City FL for many years
It is a very solid piece, I cannot tell exactly what the material is but it does have good weight to it
The shoes on the bottom look like they were glued to something at some point
The hair looks like real hair that has been painted over
Artist and exact date is unknown
Based on all of the items in this collection be the other dates I would say it's between the 50s to the late 60s, but this is an estimate
