Now available to you, the original uniform buttons that were once sown onto the World War 1 uniform of a regular soldier of theTsaristImperial Russian Army (Rússkaya imperátorskaya ármiya). These beautiful buttons are decorated with the Imperial Tsarist Coat of Arms displayingthe two-headed eagle and the mounted figure of St. George figure slaying the dragon- patron Saint of Moscow and Russia. Russia entered the Great War with the largest army in the world at the time (1914) with 1,400,000 fully mobilized soldiers swelling its ranks.
