You are buying a Marvel Comics X-Men Issue #1 D, personally hand signed by Stan Lee in 1991 in NM or better condition. This book was originally signed in 1991 by Stan Lee as a part of a signing for Cosmic Dreams Unlimited and Fantasy Distribution. Cosmic Dreams Unlimited did a large signing with Stan Lee and sold many signed books to Dynamic Forces and thru national ads weekly thru CBG ( Comics Buyers Guide) in 1991 and 1992. This is an older Stan Lee signature and signed in green ink which is very unusual for Stan Lee.
Shipped in a bag and board in a hard case PVC top loader.

Back in the 90's we had the opportunity to meet the Iconic Mr. Lee several times in person and professionally. While he was in Hollywood, he agreed to personally do a signing for our group including an entire Limited Edition of X-Men Comics (1500) which was sold nationally. This item for sale is one of the items he personally signed for Cosmic Dreams Unlimited, a Comic book distributor and dealer. Up to that time, this personal signing was the largest signing Stan had ever done. ( In total he personally hand signed over 9000 books for us).
