I have years of retail experience including my own Shop with family history along with a lifetime of collecting prior to . We restore some of our antique pieces, where we can, any restoration work will be noted in the description.

COMBINED POSTAGE: I am more than happy to combine or bundle postage on all items in my store I do not add profit from postage and handling charges. PACKAGING AND DISPATCH: You can be assured that I will pack your items extra well and they will be posted within 24 hours from the business day (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) of receiving payment. Items brought on weekends or public holidays will be posted on the first business day thereafter. I post each day but the cut off time is 11 am if you order after this time your order will go in the following day\'s Post. Most of my items do not have original packaging and I use new heavy-duty bubble wrap and recycled cardboard, and paper as my packing materials. I use 500 grams, 1kg, 3kg, and 5kg Satchels to keep the postage cost down.
DAMAGED & LOST MAIL: All items over $10 are sent with tracking.Items over the value of $10 include Insurance. If your item is lost in the post, you need to contact Auspost directly to claim your insurance.
If you require a Fragile Service, you will need to find a courier company that offers this service. Australia Post Extra Cover Insurance will cover you for loss only. Australia Post does not offer a fragile service so items cannot be covered for damage in transit. I always add lots of extra weight to the postage cost to make sure your item is well packed making its journey to you intact. I use heavy-duty bubble wrap and recycled boxes.
