These were caught in the 1970\'s & 80\'s (by me) at New Orleans Mardi Gras parades. They are plastic beads-- shorter ones with a clasp, longer ones just fit over your head. They are from HONG KONG. They are 16\"- 22\' long. Listing is for THREE dozen. Please see photos, questions welcome.
