This is a Singer Professional Buttonholer for zig-zag sewing machines. It is Model 38116. The instruction book has a date of 1973 inside. It is in the original box and I\'m pretty sure it hasn\'t ever been used but if it has it was put back and taken care of.
In vg condition.
