This steel (with baked lettering) is either a license plate topper or was attached separately to an auto or smaller service vehicle. It has an impressive weight to it at 5 by 4 3/4” . One guess is that it was used on an “official” Park Bureau truck. There are several states that have a city called “University City” as their name. However, this auto sign is more likely to be from University City (City of University City) in Montana due to all their notable parks. Again, a guess based on research. This item was photographed on an easel (not included in the sale).
