President McKinley was shot on Sept. 6, 1901. This Cincinnati newspaper from Sept. 10 showed an optimistic outcome, however the President perished six days later. This newspaper was priced at 50¢ a year. In an old 10" by 16" frame the newspaper has ragged edges being 119 years old.
