Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage 1.5 inches of spine splitting mostly where the Staples are as the cover is detached it has a bit of an old paper/musty smell(as is to be expected given the age) and other defects. I would call it around a 2.0 gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
