Return Policy

We want to make sure that you are very satisfied with your purchase. For any reason to return, you can return it within 14 days from the day you received it. All items must be returned in their original condition. The package must be in unopened condition, the items are in unused condition, and not missing any part of the product (Except the defects of the manufacturing). The return will be rejected if the package has been opened and the whole or parts of the items are used, parts are missing and damaged by the negligence of the buyer (except for defects in manufacturing). If the package is returned due to refusal to pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address information, no receiver, local customs, etc.) the buyers have to pay for all shipping costs, customs fees, and 10% of the total price restocking fee.
