Offered in this sale is an early (c1927) PARKER DUOFOLD SR fountain in black. It is of the early style and has very good gold filled trim, but a little wear on the cap band . The band is the early girdle style with some elevation above the cap. The barrel had a small, but prominent, three letter monogram, otherwise the body is excellent with a three line imprint including \"DUOFOLD\" and the Lucky Curve banner. The nib is marked \"PARKER, DUOFOLD, PEN, P.\" It is straight, clean & firm with good iridium. Most likely a fine point.
