This stencil is in good condition for its age. Edges are worn from use and storage. There are a few vertical creases but they do not have an effect on the integrity of the oil board. All the lettering is intact and easy to read. Front is pretty heavily inked with most of the signs of brush strokes seen on the outer edges of the inked area. On the back is the handwritten date 6/14/32. If you any questions please reach out. Thank you!

2) There is an inky scent to some of the heavier used stencils. If you are sensitive to smells please keep this in mind.

Summary:I acquired these 2 large and long storage boxes from an sale house in Pennsylvania about a year ago. The seller said it was from a cast iron toy manufacturer, and I have confirmed that these stencils came from The Dent Hardware Co. in Fullerton, PA.
I have sold many stencils and have many many more. A lot of F.W. Woolworth Co. and other small town five and dime stores. If you are looking for a particular city/ town please reach out as I may have it. I have organized the stencils into a spreadsheet and mapped most of the stencils we have.
