For your consideration is a very nice Mid-Century Modern Futuristic shape vase
Art Studio ceramic piece with cream white glaze and puce / maroon spout
Simplisticbut very sophisticated bulbous organic form with rounded bottom
Impressed signature at the bottom consisting of 3 characters, unfortunatelywe cannot make it out
The glaze displays crazing and craquelures, but we believethis to be the artist intention
Circa mid-century, 1950's - 1970's, American
All original, unique and very intriguing
Measurements: Approx. 10.5" high x 8" diameter (across)
Weighs about 4 lb. 4 oz.
Condition:Very Good overall.Please see photos. All original and unaltered. Some minor firing imperfections from the kiln, the blue residue, as pictured.
