This plate was bought in Germany and brought back to the USA by an American soldier. After he passed, his daughter kept it hung on her wall. She gave it to me just before passing. It is a beautiful example of the quality of KPM porcelain, which is among the finest in the world. It has an embossed copy of the arch of Berlin. Exceptional skill is shown. There are no flaws of any kind in the plate or the gold.
