They could use a light cleaning. They measure approximately 5 1/2\" tall. The light gold color they have along the top and middle are slightly starting to fade. The light scratches are hard to see and can really only be seen in certain lighting. One of the bells has some light black marks that are from the factory as they are inside of the material the bells are made of. Both of the bells have some light dings to the edges.
