This sale is for (1) unopened, sealed pack of X-Men ‘97 exclusive cards. The pack comes with the whole set of cards and (1) chase card. If you would like me to open the pack to see what chase card you get while I’m at the convention please message me after purchase and I’m happy to do so for you. I will otherwise ship it sealed.

This is a Pre-Order sale. Item will not be in hand until SDCC weekend (7/26 - 7/28). This item will be shipped the week following the conclusion of SDCC 2024, the first week of August.

This is a brand new, unopened, unused SDCC 2024 exclusive item. Condition cannot be guaranteed - I will try to get the most mint possible item that I can acquire from the booth, but given the competitive nature of acquiring these exclusives, I cannot promise that packaging will be 100% mint. I will pack and ship the item carefully so that the item arrives to you in the condition in which it was handed to me at the booth.

I have a very proven track record of acquiring all of the pre-sale convention exclusive items I sell for SDCC. In the rare event that I cannot acquire your item, I will contact you by the end of the convention and let you know that I will not be able to complete the sale. I will then fully refund you and cancel the order. In over 10 years of attending SDCC, and selling dozens of items each year, this has happened only twice.

I cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please be sure you want this item - at the price it’s being offered now - before you purchase. Each item is hand picked for you and time and effort is spent acquiring these items based on your pre-sale purchase.
