Antique French Valenciennes lace flounce or edging trim in a cream color, not green as may appear in the photos...
Useful for doll costuming, embellishment of garments, pillows, lamp shades, etc., this lace features an elegant, repetitive floral motif showcasing flowers with greenery and scrolls along net ground, and is finished off with a scalloped edge with picots along one side.
Measures overall ~36 inches long, ~2 inches wide, and finished along 2 sides. Multiple purchased quantities will be in 1 continuous length.
Appears unused. In overall very good-excellent condition with age yellowing, mild fraying along the unfinished edges, and a rare small cluster of light spots. Though none are noted, there may be a rare tiny break. Please enlarge photos for details.
